SATISFIED WHEN THEY ARE

Products

Innovation – Our development department works consistently on the development of individual components or even complex assemblies. Together with our customers, our technicians develop solutions that lead to optimum results. Technical, material-specific and structural requirements naturally play a major role in this.

We also advise our customers on optimizations and material changes to the drawings supplied for components or assemblies.

Qualität & Zuverlässigkeit

In our company, all processes and procedures are seamlessly integrated into a comprehensive quality management system. Our primary goal is to deliver our products and services in the agreed quality and on time. We continuously strive to improve ourselves and always offer our customers the highest level of satisfaction. By consistently applying our quality management system, we not only ensure that our customers’ requirements are met, but also that we work efficiently and transparently in all areas of the company.

Production – For us, production starts with mold making. We focus our attention on the perfect mold, because only then can a perfect product result be achieved.

Of course, production also means perfection in plastic injection molding. Modern, fully automatic machines produce in series with high repeat accuracy. Regular quality checks on all machines ensure consistent quality.

Assembly – everything from a single source is becoming more and more important in times of just-in-time and lean management workflows. The assembly of components can also be purchased from us as a service in various stages. We assemble using parts supplied by our customers or purchased parts.

We also combine several parts from our plastic injection molding production and assemble them into modules.

Our injection moulding machines can achieve an injection weight of 1g to 2.8 kg, with shooting forces of 350 kN to 5,700 kN
