We at WPK are specialists in the field of plastics processing. We primarily deal with high-quality injection moulding. Of course, we also offer a combination of other plastic-related services. We are supported by competent partners from a wide range of sectors.
The processing of thermoplastics has a long tradition with us. We have been producing high-quality injection moulded parts since 1967. Many customers have been our partners for years, and that is important to us.

Our advice is aimed at ensuring that you receive exactly the solution that meets your needs. Our development and design teams work closely together to tailor the product to meet your requirements. Our proximity to the customer and our flexibility guarantee precise and prompt implementation. From individual components to complex assemblies, we use the latest CAD/CAM technology to ensure an end-to-end computer-aided design process. Thanks to our extensive experience in the application of leading technologies in plastics and metal processing, we create a wide range of molds and products.
We want to be a competent partner right from the initial phase, i.e. directly after the development of the component at our customers. We are happy to optimise the drawings in close consultation so that the tool can subsequently be optimally adapted to the production conditions. Of course, we manufacture the mould ourselves in our modern tool shop.
We are also happy to test and develop the material composition in close cooperation with our customers and carry out extensive tests for durability and resistance.
During series production, we monitor the entire process and repeatedly carry out spot checks, including stress tests on request. We are of course certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
Thanks to our modern production facilities, we meet all the requirements for high-quality plastic injection molding. From small and medium batch sizes to the production of large series, we adapt to the individual needs of our customers.
The principle of “everything from a single source” is a matter of course for us: design and mould making are just as much a part of this as the assembly of complex components. We develop customised solutions for a wide range of industries, whether for mechanical engineering, the automotive industry or medical technology.
