An injection moulded part can only be as good as the mould from which it is made. This applies to both small and large series production.
Our mould construction department occupies an outstanding position, as we attach great importance to the highest quality. Our technically competent and highly motivated employees guarantee the production of high-quality moulds at competitive conditions. They support our customers from the planning of the mould based on the supplied component drawing through to the first test run.
The development, durability and precision of the moulds are decisive factors for long-term profitability in production.
By carrying out intensive checks on the injection moulds during and after production, we ensure that everything runs smoothly with every injection moulding batch.
This also includes the professional storage of the mould in our mould warehouse. The moulds are regularly greased there to prevent corrosion. Before the next production run with the mould begins, the mould is checked and maintained again to ensure that the end product meets the requirements.
